Refunds

Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a pack and we'll refund it in full. The days it bought are removed and your site pauses once any free days you had left run out.

Because you choose each pack yourself and nothing renews automatically, later packs aren't refundable for unused days. If you were charged twice or charged in error, we'll refund the extra payment in full, whenever you tell us.

Ask within 7 days of buying a premium template for a full refund. The template goes back to locked, and your site returns to a free one.

Coins are rewards with no cash value, so they can't be refunded or exchanged for money. Coins earned from a payment that's later refunded are taken back, including the coins a friend's refunded payment earned you. Coins you spent on 30 extra days or a premium template aren't returned as coins.

There's no subscription to cancel. When your pack ends you get a 3-day grace period, then your site pauses and your work is kept. If you'd like your account and site deleted instead, just ask.

Please write to dsignedbyharish@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, and tell us which payment it's about. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
