Terms of service

Each account has one site, at yourname.showbook.in or on a domain you own. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and your contact details accurate.

Your photos, words and details stay yours. You give us permission to store them, show them on your site and in its share images, and make the copies needed to run it (resized images, backups). That permission ends when you delete them.

A new site is live and free for 7 days, with every feature and no card needed. Friends who join through another creator's invite link get the same 7 days.

A gift site is one our team built for you from details you'd shared publicly. Its private link stays open for 21 days until you first open it, then for 7 days from that first look. Claim it and it's yours, live and free for 7 days. If you don't want it, one tap deletes it and its photos, and an unclaimed gift is deleted within a week of its link closing.

After the free days, you keep your site live by buying a pack: 90 days, 1 year or 3 years. Your first year covers your website and your dashboard: ₹2,199 for a year, ₹999 for 90 days or ₹3,999 for 3 years.

Once your site has had 360 paid days, the website is built and you pay the lower price: ₹1,499 a year, ₹699 for 90 days or ₹3,499 for 3 years. Gift sites and creators invited by a friend pay the lower price from day one.

Your own domain adds ₹999 a year to your packs while it's connected. Premium templates are a one-time purchase. All prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes.

Your price is locked while your site stays live. If a pack ends and your site stays paused for more than 60 days, it comes back at the price for new creators at that time. If we ever change prices, the change applies to new creators only, with 30 days' notice on this site.

Payments go through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking. Nothing renews by itself: you choose each pack. A new pack starts when your current days end, so paying early never loses days.

When a pack ends you get a 3-day grace period, then your site pauses and visitors see a short “back soon” page. Your work, details and enquiries are kept, and your site comes back as soon as you pay. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Coins are rewards. You earn them for things like inviting friends (one coin for every day a friend you invited buys), joining through an invite (300), finishing your site during your free days (100), renewing on time (100) and choosing a 3-year pack (300).

You can spend them on a premium template (300 coins) or 30 more days on your plan (300 coins). Coins can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and they have no value outside Showbook.

Coins for a friend's payment arrive once that payment's 7-day refund window has passed, and are taken back if it's refunded. Coins expire 12 months after you earn them. Inviting yourself, or rewards gained by misuse, don't count, and we may remove coins earned that way.

Each site can hold up to 500 photos. Only upload work you have the right to share, and never put up anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexual, pretend to be someone else, or use your site or its enquiry form to send spam.

We may pause or remove a site that breaks these rules or the law, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us. For a serious breach we don't owe a refund.

We work hard to keep every site fast, secure and online, but we can't promise it will never go down, or that search engines will rank it. Showbook is provided as it is.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Showbook is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
